The Cleo Dress is perfection. I love everything Shelter makes, so maybe I’m biased. But if you are looking for a summer dress that is somehow also a warm hug, the Cleo is for you. As someone who is 5’3” the adjustable straps are clutch! I can easily make this style work for the height. I got the XXL and it fits my bust (40J what’s up large chested friends) with a little extra room for comfort, but still fits snug (if that makes sense??). Anyway, another home run, Shelter gals. A+++++ ♥️
