XS: Chest width: 11 1/2", Chest size 23", Body length 15 1/2"

S: Chest width: 12 1/2", Chest size 25", Body length 16"

M: Chest width: 13 1/2", Chest size 27", Body length 16 1/2"

L: Chest width: 14 1/2", Chest size 29", Body length 17"

XL: Chest width: 15 1/4", Chest size 31", Body length 17 1/2"

How we measure:

Chest Width: measured straight across from armpit to armpit. 

Chest Size: double the chest width.

Body Length: measured from the top of the shoulder seam down to bottom of the shirt.

These measurements represent the dimensions of garments laid flat and don't represent full stretch capacity. When assessing for size, please consider measurements may seem small, but are designed to stretch considerably.

• Machine wash cool, gentle with like colours. Tumble dry, low heat. 
• Do not use fabric softener, bleach or other chemical and enzyme cleaners like oxi-clean. Do not use spot spray laundry cleaners.
• Take care not to wash with garments with zippers or velcro or towels with texture as this will cause abrasion and pilling.
