Most items are ready to ship and will ship within 5-10 days after ordering. Preorders are excluded for this and will ship on date posted.
*Due to COVID-19 we will be limiting our outings to the post office to once a week. Thank you for your patience during this time. We have found that shipment times have been longer than usual due to COVID-19, we suggest purchasing shipping with tracking to keep an eye on your package.
We offer free STANDARD shipping on orders over 300$. We suggest purchasing tracking if you are concerned about shipment times.

**If you are local to the Comox Valley and are able to pick up in our Courtenay studio please select "Local Pick Up" at check out and you will not be charged shipping. We will email you once your package is ready for pickup. All local pickups must be done through appointment, please email us to set up a time that works best for pickup.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All sale items, promotional code items and custom ordered items are FINAL sale.
We only accept exchanges and returns within 14 days after receipt of delivery. If for any reason an item doesn't work for you we can totally do an exchange. The mailing costs must be covered by you then we can do a straight exchange for another item in the shop or a store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed with original tags still attached. We have the right to refuse exchanges/returned items that have been worn, washed, are missing tags, stretched, have a strong odor or are stained. We will take photos of the damaged garments and ship them back to you as final sale, cost of shipping must be covered by customer.
